😌 We invite you to celebrate Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage and Mental Health Awareness month in May. Step into a sanctuary of balance, mindfulness, and empowerment as you join us for our FREE monthly BRAVE Communities Connection - Harmony in Motion: Tai Chi for Wellness, Mental Health, and AAPI Awareness in May! In this immersive and inclusive gathering, we aim to create a nurturing space that celebrates cultural heritage while prioritizing the well-being of the mind, body, and spirit.
🧘🏾 Through an engaging introduction to Tai Chi philosophy and its benefits, attendees will gain insights into the rich history and meaning of culture and serenity. Led by an experienced instructor, Vince Cobalis, participants will be guided through Tai Chi movements, allowing them to experience the flow of harmony and energy. As we move together in a CommUNITY practice session, we'll foster connections and unity - embracing the diversity that enriches our shared experience.
