Indoor/Outdoor Event- Please dress for the weather. Rain or shine event.

When: Saturday, October 7 from 6:00-11:00 pm

Free Parking & Shuttle Service is Available:

Location: West Bottoms Parking Garage: 1601 State Line Rd, Kansas City, MO 64102

Instructions: Once you enter the parking lot, please tell the attendant that you are here for the Guadalupe Blanco event. Shuttle service will run throughout the event.
(We will have a Kansas City Police officer present at the Parking Lot from 5:00 pm – 12:00 am)

Registration: All guests will be required to check-in at the event, so please register in advance. Signage will be posted directing guests to the event (2) entrances (East & West side of building).

Seating: Limited, Open seating will be provided throughout the building. We want to encourage you and your guests to tour Guadalupe Centers! Food & Beverage stations will be set up throughout the building to walk through and enjoy.

Dress Attire: Creative- Black Tie. Ball gown or cocktail dress; Bow tie or No Tie-- wear something with flair! Add a "Pop of Color"! And don't forget your dancin' shoes! For some inspiration on what to wear click here. Please no jeans!

Silent Auction & Special Raffle: Don't Forget! Complete the Credit Card Authorization in advance to bid on silent auction items, purchase raffle tickets and/or make a donation to Guadalupe Centers. This is a cashless event.

This ticket will allow you to bid on silent auction items even if you are unable to attend our Blanco y Negro event. There may be silent auction items which are restricted and only available for bidding by individuals that are attending the in person event.

Your gift of a $1,000 could pay the past-due rent for one family and help to prevent homelessness

$500 $500 Donation

A gift of $500 could provide the funding necessary to help stop an eviction preventing homelessness or it could provide emergency shelter for a family for up to 2 weeks

$250 $250 Donation

A gift of $250, for example, could help by providing weekly individual counseling sessions for a person struggling with an addiction disorder or who is abusing alcohol or other drugs.

$100 $100

A gift of $100 could provide assistance with purchasing over-the-counter medication or eyeglasses or it could provide up to 2 weeks-worth of personal hygeniene products or diapers (adult or infant) for someone who cannot afford them.

$50 $50 Donation

A gift of $50 could provide an instructed exercise class for our seniors to promote and maintain their health and wellness or it could provide 3 children with an extra set of clothes and underwear.

$25 $25 Donation

A gift of $25 could provide one week of before/after school care for a preschool student in the GCECC program or it would provide some arts and craft supplies for our Senior Center program.

This raffle ticket will enter you into a drawing for a chance to win a 7 night stay in Mexico at one of the Vidanta Mayan Palace Locations.
