Shift: 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM Help guests find their name card and table. Direct guests to the harmonica engraving station. Inform guests of the silent auction table.
Shift: 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM Monitor the silent auction table and items. Hand items to winning bidders after auction closes.
Shift: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM Stand in the crowd to help spot paddle numbers of bidders during live auction and fund-a-need.
