Back in 2012 my brother and I coached our first YMCA soccer team and I was hooked. Over the next 6 years I coached 12 more seasons with the same group of my son's Mathews Elementary School classmates.

This year my son graduates from high school, but this experience with youth sports at the Y is still one of the best things we've ever done together. The Y made those teams possible because of the generous supporters like you. 

The Greater Austin YMCA provides nearly $2.5M in financial support annually to over 30,000 kids, teens, adults, seniors, and families in our community. The crucial funding raised during the Annual Giving Campaign makes that support possible, providing access to health and wellness that would not be available otherwise.

Now that I'm a volunteer on the Townlake Y's Community Advancement Board, I reach out each year to friends and family and past supporters to once again ask for their support for these important services.

But we're not just raising funds; we're building bridges of opportunity and making a lasting impact on the lives of those around us. Reaching our ambitious goals enables the Y to continue providing essential programs and services that make a difference in the lives of countless individuals, allowing them to flourish and thrive.
