Our CC4C supporters help provide critical resources, hope, and community to families navigating the uncharted challenges of rare diseases like Jaxson's.
Jaxson is a loving 10 year old boy that enjoys spending time with his family, listening to music, going to school, holding hands with Mommy, going FAST in Dad’s car and off-roading in his wheelchair. He loves to be clapped for and told “You Did It!”
Jax experienced a stroke in utero due to thrombocytopenia that caused his medical diagnosis and complications. He has undergone numerous procedures, surgeries, and medical appointments. Five of these surgeries were brain surgeries, including a complete left hemispherotomy intended to alleviate his epilepsy, which unfortunately did not succeed. Jax has a VP shunt, Vagal Nerve Stimulator and G-tube to help sustain life.
Every day, our families face uncertainty about their child's health, financial burdens, and isolation.
Every day, new families face an overwhelming diagnosis, unsure of where to turn.
Your year-end gift ensures families won’t face this journey alone. With your help, we can continue offering life-changing programs, advocacy, and support for Jaxson's family and many more.
Together, we can make 2025 a year of hope for families who need it most. Please consider a tax-deductible donation today and help us reach our goal of raising $25,000 for CC4C's mission.
