Join us to help make SKSF's 13th Annual Night of Comedy event a SUCCESS.  We couldn't pull this event off without your help!  Thank you for volunteering your time and talents!  Because you are volunteering, you will receive 1 free admission* to the event (w/1 free drink ticket).  Enjoy yourself - eat at the buffet, mingle with guests and enjoy the comedian.  Here are some rules/guidelines/requirements for volunteers:

BE ON TIME: Please be on time to your assignment.  We will meet at 10am on Sat. 9/28 at Boot Barn Hall for a volunteer team huddle.  If you can't make it on time or need to cancel, we understand, just inform Kaylee Loveless,  Lead Volunteer/Event Coordinator by phone or text - cell #303-854-4615.

DRINKING:  Please drink responsibly. One drink is acceptable, however, much of the volunteer work needed at this event requires communication with guests and a clear head. Let's stay alert - especially those checking Silent Auction winners out at the end of the evening.

BUFFET LINE: Guests are #1 priority, so if you are volunteering we ask that you line up at the end of the buffet line when receiving your food.

BE FLEXIBLE: You may be asked to do other duties that weren't originally assigned to you. We appreciate your flexibility and willingness to help!

SMILE & BE FRIENDLY:  No one should have trouble with this one!  If a guest needs help or assistance with something, or asks a question, smile, be friendly and answer their questions or direct them.  If you're not sure, contact our Event Coordinators to get answers to questions!

POST EVENT CLEAN-UP:   If you are volunteering at the event, we ask that you be present for post-event clean up (9:45-10:30pm). Duties include taking down SKSF centerpieces, signage, stage décor, check-in/out table items, loading items into appropriate cars & other duties as needed.

PROCEDURAL VOLUNTEER MEETING:  Volunteers are required to attend a 1 hour procedural meeting on Wednesday 9/26 from 11:30am-12:30pm (a virtual link will also be provided if can't attend in person).  During this meeting we will be discussing each role and review all responsibilities and answer questions. On the day of the event, Sat 9/28, if you have any questions or missed the procedural meeting, contact Kaylee as she will explain volunteer jobs/responsibilities.

FEEL FREE TO VOLUNTEER FOR MORE THAN 1 POSITION!
