The Samaritan Center has been serving individuals and families in Central Texas for more than 45 years. We envision a healthy and compassionate community where every individual achieves mental, physical, spiritual and social wellbeing. We heal hearts, provide hope, and enhance lives.
 

Donate now to continue providing:

• mental health counseling for children, adolescents, adults, and families
• group therapy
• integrative medicine, including acupuncture, Tai chi, pilates, nutrition counseling, and Chinese and Western herbal medicine
• telehealth
• peer support services
• pastoral counseling
• wellness education for communities, schools, churches, and organizations

The Samaritan Center strives to serve everyone, regardless of ability to pay. With more than 2,000 clients a year receiving services, more than 40% fall below 200% of the federal poverty level and cannot afford to pay.

Donations of any size make an enormous difference to the low income and uninsured clients who come to us to seek help, comfort and relief from their struggles. $50 pays for five counseling sessions for someone who lost their job and now has no insurance.
