Help me provide support for families with children with undiagnosed and rare conditions!
My name is Paige Baker, and I am a junior at Westlake High School! I am a Teen Advocate 4 Children and aim to raise funds to support CC4C's family programs. CC4C's mission is to enhance the quality of life for children and families in Texas with rare and undiagnosed conditions. All funds raised will support financial assistance, mental health and well-being, and programs for all CC4C families.
This year I will be holding a holiday parents night out! This will be held at my house with movies, snacks, games and more! Please have your kids join us on December 16th at 6:00-9:30pm!
