As long as there is ample snowfall along trails, this winter sleigh rides begins at the Elkhorn Lodge and travel along the foothills of the forest and throughout the Angel Fire Resort area. We stop for photo-ops and snow play. Guests frequently see deer, elk, bunny rabbits, and other wildlife, and it's not uncommon to see hawks or a Golden or Bald Eagle. This sleigh ride lasts about an hour and is accompanied by a wonderful steak dinner for four people.
