2024 is a big year for school board elections in Lake Travis ISD.  The school district is on the verge of having all 7 seats of the LTISD school board controlled by Lake Travis Families PAC and it's founders, Krystle (political consultant) and Christian Alvarado (Governor Abbott appointee).  Last year when the PAC hand-selected two more unopposed board members, they celebrated there wasn't an election.  They celebrated our community not having a choice.

We cannot allow one family, a family who aligns with book banners and school voucher promoters, to control all of LTISD.  That's why V4P is endorsing and supporting incumbent School Board members, Lauren White and Phillip Davis.  They both oppose banning books and oppose school vouchers.  They are the only board members who voted against the books the LTISD school board has banned so far.  They will fight for literacy and not wasting money on book challenge political stunts.  And they will fight to keep our tax dollars in Lake Travis ISD! 

The best way you can make a difference this year is to donate.  Your money will fund a campaign that educates the community why it's important to vote for our kids' educations, vote against book bans and vouchers and VOTE FOR Lauren White and Phil Davis in May.  Your money will help ensure school board elections and democracy aren't a thing of the past in LTISD.
