Meet at the LTEF portable to load items into a box truck to be delivered to the Omni for event set up.
Set up the Brazos room at the Omni.
Check in guests as they arrive at the event on Saturday evening.
Sell tickets for our Fire & Ice specialty cocktail drinks in the exclusive Ice Lounge.
Assist guest with bidding and answer any questions at the silent auction table.
Present live auction winners with auction item information envelopes and obtain acknowledgement signatures.
Serve where needed.
Another all hands on deck moment! Remove chair covers and bag for return to LTEF. Load box truck of all itemsto be returned to LTEF. Break down step & repeats Collect table signage from the silent auction area, the VIP lounge, registration tables, etc...
