HSF provides Plano ISD graduates who have overcome adversity in their young lives with scholarships and support services to promote success in life.

Since 1991, HSF has served over 470 students totaling over $2 million in tuition. Currently, we are serving 104 at-risk students enrolled in college, providing tuition assistance through multi-year college scholarships, renewable all the way to a bachelor’s degree, as well as a unique support system that provides ongoing guidance to students to successfully navigate within the college environment.

Each student is assigned a Success Coach to mentor them throughout their college journey. We provide scholars workshops to teach life skills, networking, leadership skills, financial literacy, and personal development. 

We hold our students accountable by requiring:

•          minimum GPA

•          participation in workshops

•          mandatory communication with Success Coach

•          submission of grades and class schedules every semester
