Gift Wrapping Station: This station offers a wide selection of holiday-themed wrapping paper, ribbons, bows, and gift tags. Scissors and tape dispensers are neatly organized on the table, and small examples of beautifully wrapped gifts are displayed as inspiration.

Hot Cocoa & Cider Station: A cozy corner with warm beverages and festive treats, the station is decorated with holiday garlands and fairy lights. Two large beverage dispensers, one for rich hot cocoa and the other for spiced apple cider, are kept warm with steam rising from the tops. A toppings bar is set up with marshmallows, whipped cream, cinnamon sticks, candy canes, chocolate shavings, and caramel drizzle. Mugs and stirrers are ready for guests to create their perfect holiday drink while enjoying the warm, comforting atmosphere.

Ornament Crafting Station: This station is filled with supplies to create personalized ornaments. There’s a large table covered in a red and green checkered tablecloth, set with clear jars filled with glitter, paint pens, sequins, ribbons, and mini bells. Pre-cut wooden or ceramic ornament shapes like snowflakes, stars, and Christmas trees are laid out for decorating.

The Cookie Decorating Station Description:  The aroma of freshly baked sugar cookies fills this station. Large trays of cookies shaped like Christmas trees, stars, snowmen, and stockings are ready for decorating. Bowls of colorful icing, sprinkles, chocolate chips, and candy are spread across the table, inviting participants to get creative. A festive banner reading "Decorate Your Own Cookies" hangs overhead, and small takeaway boxes are available for guests to take home their sweet creations.

Kids Activities Station:
A brightly decorated area filled with fun holiday-themed activities for children. There’s a large craft table covered with festive paper and stocked with coloring sheets featuring Santa, reindeer, and snowmen, along with crayons, markers, and colored pencils. Next to the table are supplies for easy crafts like making paper snowflakes, reindeer masks, and Christmas tree ornaments from foam cutouts and stickers. A small section features holiday puzzles and games.

Letters to Santa Station:
A magical, mail-themed station where children can write and send their letters directly to Santa Claus. The table is adorned with red and white striped decorations, with miniature mailboxes labeled "North Pole Express" sitting at each end. There are stacks of festive stationery featuring holiday designs, along with colorful pens, markers, and stickers to help kids personalize their letters. A mailbox marked "Santa's Special Delivery" is the centerpiece, ready to collect the letters. Volunteers dressed as Santa’s elves help younger children with their writing, ensuring every letter is filled with Christmas wishes..

At the center is a vintage popcorn machine, popping fresh batches of warm, buttery popcorn.A deliciously festive snack station featuring a variety of treats to satisfy holiday cravings. The snack station also offers an assortment of holiday treats.
