I am a Teen Advocate 4 Children and aim to raise funds to support CC4C's family programs. CC4C's mission is to enhance the quality of life for children and families in Texas with rare and undiagnosed conditions. All funds raised will support financial assistance, mental health and well-being, and programs for all CC4C families.

I will be baking Holiday Shortbread Cookies for donations. By making a donation you will recieve a box of assorted shortbread that can be picked up, delivered or mailed if you live outside of Austin. Your donations will go to benfitting this wonderful organization that helps so many families. I really appreciate your help in reaching our goal.
