Engage and Heal Foundation Gala, themed "Out of The Woods" to help strengthen mental health resources in the community.

Join us for "Out of The Woods" on Saturday, March 29, 2025 for a formal dinner and program at the Lakeway Resort & Spa celebrating Engage and Heal Foundation's 5th Anniversary. Join us to help strengthen mental health resources in our community, increase access to care and bring individuals together to heal.

As you proceed through the woods, think of how a tree puts down its roots (the condition/disorder), grows (working through the process) and the tree florishes (coping and managing). The Engage and Heal Foundation does just that by providing resources and education to better understand mental health and help those suffering. We believe recovery starts with a simple conversation.

Your support will ensure that we are able to continue to provide education, prevention and resource services needed for communities to heal. Here is a sample of what we can continue to provide:

Over 900 participants in the ROPES Course at Lake Travis High School to learn teamwork, leadership skills and confidence
Enrichment learning classes on Mental Health Literacy for students K-8
In-person workshops for Mental Health Literacy for students in Grades 9-College
Student Ambassador program
LT Breathe Initiative (LTHS club) "Zen Room" a calm space for students
Provide access to online therapy for faculty and teachers through AnticipateJoy.com
1,000+ community members can receive mental health literacy education and prevention through workshops
