In the City of Brotherly Love, we celebrate the signing of the Declaration Of Independence with Free Community Events!

New in 2024, in conjunction with Wawa Welcome America, Emancipet will co-host the first ever Pop Up Dog Park on Spruce Street during the Block Party festival.

Guests and their 4-legged friends will cool off in the shade with wading pools, dog-friendly games, a BARKUTCHURIE baord, a pop-up beer garden and more.

To be held June 29 from 11 AM to 7 PM on Locust and S. Broad Streets (Avenue of the Arts).
