Arranging tables in the barn with 8 chairs each, a tablecloth, water glasses, plates, flatware, etc

Setup time: 10AM - 1PM

Arrive at 4PM to receive directions from organizers. 
Directing parking from 4:45pm - 6:30PM

Sign in guests, hand out programs, drink tickets, and operate square after the silent auction.

prep & start time: 4:30PM -8PM

Putting chairs back, moving tables, rinsing dishes, repackaging dishes for Butlerz to pick up, etc.
