A celebration of Christian education and the teachers that make it possible
CrossLife Christian Academy (CLCA) is excited to invite you to the Cowboy Gala! An evening experience celebrating and supporting Christian education, especially the CLCA teachers that make it possible. Proceeds raised from the event will go to support the CLCA growth ministry including:
- Expansion of the school to more grades as we add one elementary school grade per year with intent to grow into middle school as well.
- Expansion to serve more students and get the word out through admissions and marketing programs
- Expansion of accessibility for families by supporting the needs-based financial aid program

Cowboy Gala Dinner & Silent Auction

This is an adults only event. Western chic attire.
The evening will feature:
- Social hour for fellowship and silent auction
- Dinner and recognition program
- Inspirational message from Patrick Carlove from Concordia University Texas (learn more below)
- Live music by Alan Lemke (learn more below)
If you are interested in staying overnight at the hotel, a room block for guests of the Gala has been secured. Please make your reservations through the following link by March 14th. Requests made after cutoff date will be subject to availability.

Christian school leader, coach, and advancement officer
Patrick Carlove has been in Christian education for over 30 years and has felt the impact of a Christian education his entire life. Patrick and Kara, his wife, are graduates of Concordia University Wisconsin. He has served as a teacher, assistant principal, and executive director at Christian schools across Texas. He oversaw the start up of Concordia High School in Austin, growth at Prince of Peace in Carrollton, Texas and currently serves as the Vice President of Philanthropy at Concordia University Texas.

Singer, guitar player, entertainer
Alan Lemke has been making music since he was a young boy in Wisconsin. After moving to Austin, Texas in 1991, he soon began making music in the Live Music Capitol of the World as a hobby, and has been entertaining at local clubs and private events for more than 20 years now. His repertoire includes multi-generational favorites spanning many decades and musical genres that will have audiences singing along. Alan has also been a member of CrossLife Church since its early days and over the past year has lent his talents to our worship band on a regular basis.
