Join us on Saturday, February 24 at 6 p.m. at Balcones Country Club (8600 Balcones Club Drive) for a fun night with a Silent Auction, Live Auction, Buy-in Parties, dinner and drinks, and enjoy music with the Caraway community! All adults are welcome. Attire is 'Austin date night' -- wear whatever you feel comfortable rockin' for a fun night out with friends!
Caraway City Limits is our annual adults-only party and biggest PTA fundraiser that supports our Caraway owls! CCL brings the Caraway community together to have fun and raise funds for enrichment activities, classroom supplies, educational resources, and more for our students and staff.
TICKETS
CCL tickets and tables are available to purchase at the CCL Store! All tickets include admission to Caraway City Limits, dinner, and access to the online Silent Auction. The early bird discount on Individual Tickets has been extended through February 16! You can also reserve a Table for 8 or sponsor a teacher or staff member to attend the event! - 6:00 p.m.: Doors open & Check-in begins
- 6:45 p.m.: Buffet dinner opens
- 8:00 p.m.: Program & Live Auction begin
- 9:30 p.m.: Silent Auction closes, Stay & enjoy music until 10 p.m.!
SILENT AUCTION
The highlight of the night is the Silent Auction! The Silent Auction will take place online, and items can be viewed at the event. The Silent Auction will go live on Wednesday, February 14 at noon, and online bidding will continue during the event. You will receive your own unique link to the Silent Auction when it is live. Winners do not have to be present to claim prize. Silent Auction items have been donated by our amazing business community and Caraway supporters.
LIVE AUCTION
The much-anticipated Live Auction includes one-of-a-kind art masterpieces created by each grade in art class. The art pieces will be revealed at the event!
BUY-IN PARTIES
We cannot wait to share the Buy-in Parties soon! A buy-in party is your ticket to an event of shared experiences and fun memories! By purchasing entry, you secure your spot at a gathering where friendship, entertainment, and merriment converge. It's more than just an event; it's an investment in Caraway and unforgettable memories. Buy-in party tickets will be available to purchase online at the CCL Store starting Friday, February 16 through the event.
