Join us in the Food Forest as we learn the importance of traditional Mexican Herbalism though the sacred plant walk practice known as Caminos.

We will begin with an opening sound healing circle in the heart of the food forest as we journey on a Spanish- bilingual  informative plant walk through the trails, connecting us with the past down knowledge of our ancestors through the healing properties of plants and Mesoamerican traditions all while learning how to appreciate the herbal medicine of Tejas and our blended South American communities.

We will close our gathering with a community botanica Limpia, to regenerate our mind, body and spirit.

This is a free offering, open to our Mexican, Latino, Latinx, Chicano, BIPOC, Blended Communities and those seeking to learn more about the history of our beloved Mexican y Tejas culture.
