Founded in 2014, Atlanta Growing Leadership Of Women's mission is to encourage, educate and equip young, low-income women to be thriving, self-sustaining leaders and effective agents of economic growth within their communities. Atlanta GLOW is a faith-based, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that serves underserved young women, ages 14-25, by providing essential leadership and life skills training to ignite each young woman’s leadership potential and equip her with the tools to take action and thrive in her home, school, workplace and community. To date, Atlanta GLOW has proudly served more than 700 youth and young adults! 

Official Tax-Exempt Organization

Atlanta GLOW operates under the fiscal sponsorship of the Women's Nonprofit Alliance, an official 501(c)3 tax-exempt, non-profit parent organization. As an Alliance Partner of the WomensNPA, we are able to accept tax-deductible donations. All online donations will appear on your bank statement as "Women's Nonprofit Alliance”, however, funds are directly credited to Atlanta GLOW.

​Through our partnership with the WomensNPA, we have been accredited by the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA). The ECFA provides accreditation to leading Christian nonprofit organizations that faithfully demonstrate compliance with established standards for financial accountability, transparency, fundraising and board governance.
