We need you! Whether you are looking for an affordable home, a Realtor, a builder or developer, a concerned citizen, or a community group who has some time to help out, we need you.
A general idea of our needs might be:
Preparing snacks, providing beverages or lunch for volunteers
Painting, organizing materials, electrical or plumbing work, installing windows, sanding, administrative support to name a few.
This is an immediate need. We have been collecting lots of building materials for our first two units. We need these materials moved from one location to the containers. The distance is walkable - really very short. Much of this material however is heavy and will need more than one person to do this job. Many hands make the workload light.
Whether it's calling up various community groups to raise awareness or managing a social media page, we need a person to help with this. Sometimes, this may involve sending emails or making calls.
