Show of Hands is a community-supported crowd-funding event. Community members are presented with projects that would positively impact Wheeling and vote on the project they want to support with donations from the door and the generous support of our community partners.

Show of Hands will take place in-person on Wednesday, Sept. 28 at the Wheeling Artisan Center. Additionally, you can livestream the event from home and cast your vote online!

HOW THE SHOW OF HANDS LIVESTREAM WORKS:

• The Show of Hands Livestream will begin at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 28.
• Four pre-selected proposals for projects that benefit the community are presented.
• Virtual attendees can watch for free and then make a $10 donation to vote for the project they want to help fund (online voting is available only on the evening of the event).
• The project with the most votes receives all of the money raised by those voting + more than $3,000 from community partners.
• Note: Only one vote per registration will be counted. Duplicates will be excluded from the final count.

Your support of Show of Hands is greatly appreciated and will show individuals presenting projects that they have the support of a strong community.
