The R.O.S.E Project offers a custom curriculum that focuses on helping girls build leadership skills using the components of Responsibility, Originality, Support, and Excellence. As a result, The R.O.S.E Project girls will develop a sense of empowerment and self-worth.

Mission: The mission of The R.O.S.E. Project is to encourage young women to develop and grow using our four principles: Responsibility, Originality, Support, and Exploration

Vision: The R.O.S.E. Project envisions young women developing emotional intelligence to become confident leaders amongst their peers and community members

Four Principles

Responsibility: Following through personal commitments, holding ourselves and one another accountable, and always taking time to see where we played our role

Originality: Having a sense of self and purpose while developing pro-social friendships and strong interpersonal skills

Support: Surrounding girls in a caring, inclusive learning environment. An individual is dramatically influenced by their support system

Exploration: Expanding the perspectives of young women to awake their talents and possibilities

The donations that are provided to this organization assist with the healthy well-being of young Black and Hispanic girls from grades 5th-12th. The R.O.S.E. Project utilizes donations to provide supplies necessary for programming that includes yoga, meditation, active group sessions, and snacks. Donations will also go to a scholarship fund for girls wanting to obtain certifications, start a business, and/or take classes at a community college. We also want to be able to reach the community during the holidays, so assisting young mothers that need supplies for their born/unborn children. We recognize that life happens, and young mothers are often left behind when it comes to emotional and physical wellness. We want to thank you in advance for assisting The R.O.S.E. Project to become an organization that not only assists, but leaves a positive impact on making small changes in our community and the people we love that are a part of it.
