*Registration is now closed for the 2021 golf tournament. If you have a promo code for a pre-paid ticket you are still able to register using that code at this time.*
Join us on Monday, April 19th, at Onion Creek Golf Club for the 10th Annual Team Luke Hope for Minds Golf Tournament presented by McGavock Auto Group and Carson Cummings Foundation! There will be prizes, a raffle, swag bags, a silent auction, lunch, and a lot of fun! At this time, Onion Creek Club is saying we can have a shotgun start. The start time will be 12:00pm. There is a chance that will change due to Covid-19 restrictions. If so, each team will have to tee off at the same hole nine minutes apart. I will let you know asap if there are any changes. We are also not sure about the dinner and ceremony. Most likely, we will not be able to meet as a group at the end. We will keep you posted.
When you register, you will have the opportunity to purchase a Super Ticket, Mulligans, raffle tickets and contest hole tickets, as well as put a credit card on file for use at the tournament. The Super Ticket consists of 5 Raffle Tickets, 2 Mulligans, 2 Air Cannon Shots, and 2 Chances to win a Yeti Cooler. In order to participate in the Silent Auction, we will need a credit card on file. The Silent Auction will be completely online using the Better Unite platform and available to anyone who wants to participate. Once the items are added, you will receive a text to begin bidding.
When you register, you will be asked to provide your shirt size, team name and confirm you are over the age of 18. If you have a team name, you can enter that or the name of your teammates. If you do not have a team, and need us to pair you with one, please indicate that you need a team on the drop down during registration. If you or someone on your team is under the age of 18, they MUST print the waiver and photo/video release forms, have their legal guardian sign them and bring them on the day of the tournament. If you are paying for your entire team or for a team of 4 other individuals, we will contact you following registration with a coupon code so that your teammates or the full team can register without having to pay. If you are registering a team but not playing yourself, you can simply ignore the shirt size question during check out.
Lastly, when you check out with auction items, fund-a-need items or any tournament specific transactions, you will be asked if you would like to make a platform donation. We do not have to pay to use this platform and its features but in exchange they ask that we make a small donation to cover the cost of their services. You can decline to cover this cost and it will be passed along to us or you can choose to pay it. You are able to set the platform donation as low as $1 regardless of your total. If you would like to pay the platform donation you can set this amount to be whatever dollar value you are comfortable donating. None of the money paid toward the donation platform returns to us, it is kept by Better Unite.
We look forward to seeing you on Monday, April 19th. Your participation will provide much needed funding to support families and children seeking our assistance.
