Inkscape is an open source vector graphics program and is commonly used in a variety of computer aided tools like the Laser Cutter and Engraver, Shapeoko 2 CNC Router, Silhouette Portrait, or even simly to print out the design. Come learn the basics of Inkscape, vector graphics, and how they can be used with machinery around the studio.

For this class you will need to bring your own computer and install Inkscape. If you would like to attend but do not have access to a computer, please contact info@omahamakergroup.org. There will be an open lab at 6:00pm for those that need help installing Inkscape. Class will start at 6:30pm or as soon as everyone has their software downloaded and installed.
