On Wednesday, November 4th, we are offering two introduction classes in one evening. Come take a 1st look at classes we will offer when we open! You can sign up for both classes or just one. It's up to you! In these classes you will learn valuable tools to help manage anxiety in very different ways. You don't want to miss it! Intro to Creative Arts with Vicki Anderson, Creative Arts Director
Vicki will guide you through simple art activities designed to reduce your anxiety and spark your joy. This class is sure to be fun and enlightening.
