LIFE School is an international school serving the K through 6th grade community of Panajachel and the Atitlán area. Since 1989 we have been providing a world-class multicultural education rooted in English and bilingual immersion, environmentalism, science and technology, and the World Core Curriculum envisioned by Robert Müller. In recent years, LIFE School has enrolled around 100 students each year, almost 50% of whom receive at least some amount of financial assistance from our scholarship program to attend. To keep these children learning, we and they need your help!

The spread of COVID-19 has caused a decrease in enrollment in many schools and LIFE School is no different. Many families are struggling to keep education a top priority during this time of financial uncertainty. It is up to all of us to make sure that those families who are seeking assistance are not turned away or discouraged from sending their children back to school. Missing out on education is not only a tragic loss for our students, but also has far reaching negative impacts on the community as a whole. With your help, we can offer these children a positive and productive path back to school, back to education, and back to LIFE!

Our goal is to raise $27,000 for our scholarship fund on which so many families depend. With this amount we can provide 10 FULL SCHOLARSHIPS for an entire year! Through our scholarships, a family can secure access for their child to an excellent education and a wider world of opportunities.
