From the Kindergarten wishlist: cooking hearty and nourishing snacks in an important part of the Kindergarten day. Whether its Ms. Sadhna's potatoes or Ms. Andrea's roasted vegetables, our children look forward to this cherished part of the daily rhythm.  

Creative play that goes places! Our Kindergartners are always on the move around the classroom, and this will help take their imaginations, fine motor, and social skills further!

From the first grade wishlist, three families for imaginative play. Free play is a key component of our first grade program. It promotes creative learning, language arts, storytelling, comprehension, social interaction and more.

These cushions are used for modular (movable) classroom set up in first and second grade. They have organic cotton cushions and are weighted with 4lb filling.

From the grades team wishlist, 2 new picnic tables for snack, lunchtime, and playground social time. 

From the upper grades/middle school play list, bars for pulls ups, swinging, hanging. For the upper grades play area, these bars will help promote gross motor and physical development and social skills.

From the grades music class wish list: This Recorder Set would serve our 6th and 7th graders and includes Sopranino, Soprano, Alto, Tenor and Bass from the MIE Consort Series. The arched wind way allows for ease of play and consistent tone in all registers.

Each class works with a local artist to produce a piece for the silent auction at our Spring Gala. Your gift will support bringing these artist and craftspeople to our students, and the investment in their supplies, time, and talent. This year we will be working with staff, student, and affiliated artists of Studio by the Tracks

$50 feeds a nursery or kindergarten class one month of nourishing, wholesome grains for snack, nurturing a foundation for developing balance and focus. 

$100 opens main lesson books for an elementary or middle school class, providing the opportunity for creative expression and experiential, hands-on learning.

$250 fills a sandbox on the playground, laying the foundation for imaginative play and working together.

Offering tuition assistance strengthens the fabric of our community, and is a powerful investment in the bright futures of our young students. By providing financial support to our families, we ensure equitable access to a unique Waldorf Education, and live into our principles of valuing the whole child for their own innate capacities.

Our front entry fairy garden would be best served with its own dedicated hose. Created by former faculty members Lynda Powell and Jennifer Kampsnider with help from current parents Brian Gosdin and Michael Evans, the Fairy Garden welcomes all those coming to our campus in beauty and joy.
