Join us for Hearth: The ACRE Annual Benefit on October 9, 2024 to raise vital funds for ACRE’s residency program and ongoing resources for artists. The event will feature cocktails, dinner, music performances, and a silent auction of works by ACRE alumni and friends. Auction proceeds will be split evenly between alumni artists and the organization, directly benefiting ACRE programs and artists. Join us for ACRE's biggest night of the year to celebrate the wonderful community of artists that contribute to ACRE and to support our artist-centered mission.

Nicolette Lim is a tattooer and visual artist from Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, currently residing in Chicago IL. They work in fine line black and grey in a surrealist, ornamental, illustrative visual style. Their tattoo work is an extension of their interdisciplinary art practice that speaks on the reclamation of bodily autonomy and utilizes visual symbols that capture the melancholy of girlhood.
Session will take place on a mutually agreed upon day/time (Wed-Sun, 1-8pm) with the artist.

GnarWare Workshop is a ceramics studio located in the Pilsen neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. We are dedicated to serving Chicago by providing a place to make with clay and commune with fellow artists and hobbyists. The space is dedicated to providing studios, workshops, and drop-in tutorials to help artists and hobbyists work through ideas.
