EVENT LOGISTICS
How to Tune In
At showtime (6:45 pm CST for the Virtual Safari Pre-Party and 7 pm CST for the Event Program), click “Join the Livestream” at the top of this page. Then, select "Already Registered." You'll be prompted to enter the phone number or email you used to register. We recommend hooking up your computer to your TV using an HDMI cord or through AirPlay for a better viewing experience.
Attire
Whatever you're comfortable in! Our live stream will be one way, meaning you will not be on camera. You can dress up or down however you like.
Registering Your Guests
If you registered for multiple tickets, make sure to enter your guests’ names and email addresses so they can receive their own unique link to bid, donate, and participate in the event. To do this, click on the link in your confirmation email, and under “Details” click on “Edit Guest Information” and enter their names.
Bidding on the Auctions
Bidding for the silent auction is now open and you can check out our packages here. Select the one you want and click the “bid” button. Tip: once you place your bid, you can then select your max bid, and the system will automatically place bids on your behalf up until that level.
You'll also find previews of our exclusive live auction packages here, which will be available for bidding during the event. Our auctioneer will walk you through how to bid on these packages then!
The silent auction will close on Friday, December 4th at 8pm CST.
Donating
You can donate online now ahead of the event, or participate in the live "Fund the Mission" donation portion of the event. Every $15 you give will provide clean water to 1 person. You can select an impact level on the right side of this page, or view them all here.
