Supporting Individual scouts in Scouts BSA Troops in the Columbia Basin. Order your Christmas trees and Christmas gifts early and get them delivered on Thanksgiving weekend. Half of all purchases go directly to the scouts that sell and deliver the trees and products.
This last year was a huge success. With the community’s participation in our Christmas fundraiser, we were able to raise over $7000 that went to individual youth accounts. They used this money to participate in our programs, annual registration costs, and hundreds of awards including rank advancements, merit badges, and Eagle Scout projects.
This year we have expanded the fundraiser to include multiple troops and packs. The fundraiser is important as it allows youth who to cover activity costs to participate when they would otherwise not be able to. It gives youth both the experiences and the confidence that comes from being able to earn and pay for the activity themselves. We have again partnered with the Holiday Tree Farms to provide what we believe to be the finest trees that are available in the northwest. We will be delivering the trees, the wreaths, and other items fresh to your doorstep on November 30th. If you prefer or will be out of town, we will have scouts deliver them to your doorstep.
New this year we have Nordman Fir in addition to our Douglas Fir Christmas Trees. These Nordmans are fantastic trees with better needle retention and needles a rich green.
Orders placed after November 30th will be delivered by the next day if in the Tri-Cities and Saturdays in Prosser. Tree Pickup and Disposal will occur on January 4th, please have your tree out in front that morning.
