Where is the Rosé D’or Gala taking place? 

Rose' D'or is a chic outdoor event taking place at Jason T. Harper Event Center located in Heritage Park- 95 Lake Dow Rd., McDonough, GA 30252

What time does the Rosé D’or Gala start and end?

The gala is from 6:00 pm until 10:00 pm. Doors will open at 5:00 pm to allow guests to enter, locate their tables, and decorate. 

What if I must leave and return?

Anyone who is wearing the gala admissions wristbands may re-enter through the designated re-entry points. 

Is there a rain policy for the gala?

The Rosé D’or Gala is a rain-or-shine event. Please be sure to watch the weather forecast and plan accordingly.

Why arrive early?

Arriving early will allow you time to check in and set up your table without feeling rushed.

Is there an age limit?

Yes. Attendees must be 21 and older. Guests must show a valid ID to enter.

Is there a Covid policy? 

No, but feel free to wear your mask if you like.

Is there parking and how much does parking cost?

There is free parking at the event center. 

What is the dress policy?

Dress to impress in your best cosmopolitan chic or sophisticated attire. 

Mandatory colors for the Rosé D’or Gala are rose gold, shades of pink and/or white.

Can I bring my own food?

Yes, you may bring your own cuisine. However, outside alcohol and other beverages are not permitted.

Will there be any other beverage options besides wine and champagne?

Yes. Complimentary water will be provided for all guests. 

Cash bars are also available.  Credit/ Debit cards  and Zelle are acceptable payment options.

How should my table be displayed?

We encourage you to create your own elegant, themed tablespaces and displays with lighting, flowers and beautiful cuisine displays. Tables should display only clear or white plates, however accent colors in the items decorating your table are welcome! Remember each table comes with one set of Rosé D’or signature wine glasses. 

What are the table sizes?

The table sizes vary by level.       

• Gala 48 inch 
•  Fete  48 inch 
•  Soiree'  35.5 inch 
•  Individual  35.5 inch

What items are not allowed at the gala?

No Alcohol, no outside beverages, no weapons, no flammable liquids, aerosols can, drones, illegal drugs, or substances

Will there be beverages available at the gala?

Yes. Complimentary bottled water will be provided. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to acquire Gala Giveaway Tickets, which include a complimentary beverage ticket.

What is your refund policy?

The Jason T. Harper event center offers a covered outdoor event experience.  Thus, Rose D’OR is a “rain or shine” event and tickets are non-refundable. If there is a government-issued state of emergency, ticket holders will be notified of the rescheduled date. Tickets are transferable, if you can no longer attend, you may sell or give away your existing ticket.
