Hi! My name is Peyton and I am raising money for CC4C's families with children that have a rare or undiagnosed disease. I am very familiar and relate to these families because my brother, Colton, has rare undiagnosed disease. Colton and other children were able to participae in the annual ski trip to Utah and was so excited to conquer the slopes in an adaptive environment. Each child is paired up with "dream team"  with a group with the childs favorite activity or sport. My brother was paired with the Vandergrift football team, because he loves football. CC4C also helps with financial aid for medical expenses and therapies. Your donation will help CC4C continue to help families and give the kids experiences and opportunities of a lifetime.
