We’re heading into this next season energized and with a renewed sense of what is important and why we exist. We’re making the most important thing, THE most important thing. We invite you to join us as we remember the importance of being part of a team, the positive impact healthy relationships provide, and just how fun it is to be at the ballfield playing sports again with friends.

We know everyone has different feelings about COVID. Below are our efforts to make everyone as comfortable as possible. We appreciate your support and look forward to a great event.
We kindly ask guests to:
- Stay home if you or anyone in your household is sick.
- Consider wearing a mask unless eating or drinking, or sitting at your table. Masks will be available at check-in.
Accommodations at the venue:
- Private cocktail hour: If you prefer to enjoy the cocktail hour within the friendly confines of your table, we will gladly welcome your group into the ballroom to enjoy the cocktail hour privately, away from the crowd. At check-in, please just say, "straight to my table please"!
- Generous spacing in the ballroom: Tables will be spaced out by 8 feet thanks to Now at Bat operating a significaly under 50% capacity in the wonderfully large JW Marriott Grand Ballroom.
- Cleaning & air purification: JW Marriott has added to its already rigorous cleaning protocols with new enhanced cleaning technologies including electrocstatic sprayers to sanitize surfaces throughout the hotel, and air purifying systems that are effective against viruses in the air and on surfaces.
