This longstanding annual event is a favorite of many in the NDCOA family. We'll gather to wrap presents and enjoy the holiday spirit with other volunteers at the Brown Santa Warehouse. Brown Santa started in 1981 with a few deputies helping about 25 families in the unincorporated areas of Travis County. In 2024, Brown Santa will kick off their 44th year of serving the community. This program provides assistance to underprivileged children and their families and to senior residents of local retirement centers in Travis County. Brown Santa is a tax-exempt organization (501c3) serving around 2000 families each year.
