Etrusca white and red: Donated by Circa Wines’ Sheila Sheehan. A limited edition of both 2017 Cecilia Chardonnay (125 cases) and 2017 Etrusca Velia red blend wines (250 cases). One bottle of each. Produced by small farms in California’s Russian River Valley, Sonoma.   Wine Data: 2017 Etrusca Cecilia Chardonnay Wine Composition: 100% Chardonnay AVA: Russian River Valley, Bazzano Vineyards Aging: 14 mos./100% French oak cooperage/ 25% new barrels Alc. 14.0% Cases Produced: 125 Our limited production 2017 Etrusca Cecilia was sourced from small, family-owned sources growing in the famed Russian River Valley AVA. In the glass, this exciting cuvee of Chardonnay offers a brilliant rich, bright straw-colored hue. The delicate, aromatic nose hints of honey, citrus blossom, grapefruit, wet stone and vanilla bean. The opening palate is bright and focused, with a refined texture. The mid-palate shows white grapefruit rind, white peach and citrus peel followed by floral notes. The wine is mouth-watering, with a bright refreshing acidity. The finish is palate cleansing, with a pleasant minerality, offering lifting notes of citrus zest. This wine is an outstanding pair and counterpoint to your favorite richly flavored and buttery textured seafood and vegetable dishes.   2017 Velia Proprietary Red Wine Blend Russian River Valley, Sonoma County Our 2017 Velia is a proprietary blend from our prized, and sought-after partner ranches growing in the Russian River Valley AVA. The wine is unique, compelling and mysterious as Velia herself. Aromas of fresh berries and toasty oak notes are abundant in the nose. The wine is dark, yet brilliant in the glass. The texture is creamy and dense, yet polished. This plush, extracted and saturated blend is packed with dark berry fruit, with a silky mouthfeel that is as smooth and supple as it is self-indulgent. Velia is an old vine field blend of Ancient Vine Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, Carignane and Alicante Bouschet—all fermented and aged in separate lots, which encourages each varietal’s unique characteristics to shine, giving the final blend incredibly seamless and complex flavors. The resulting 2017 master blend is mouth-coating, and packed with flavors of blueberry and black cherry, dark chocolate, ripe raspberry and fresh blackberry, layered with spicy and compelling notes of angostura, and a hint of toasty vanilla oak on the long, silky finish. Aged in 30% new, 100% American oak cooperage for 18 months – 250 cases produced

Tini Barn white and red:  Donated by Circa Wines’ Sheila Sheehan.  One bottle of each: Varietal: 2022 Sauvignon Blanc - Carneros Harvested September 8th, 2022 Bottled February 9th, 2023 Alcohol 14.1%, pH 3.33 | TA 6.8 g/L Production 318 cases. The Carneros region provides for a cool growing season, yielding grapes with fresh citrus notes and melon aromas. The wine was fermented in a stainless steel tank to preserve its vibrant flavors, while a portion fermented in a concrete egg to broaden the mouthfeel of the wine. A small portion was fermented in neutral oak barrels. No malolactic fermentation is used, resulting in crisp acidity on the palate.   Varietal:  2018 100% Zinfandel Russian River Valley Harvested October 20th, 2018 Barrels 20% new American oak Aging 19 months Bottled April 28th, 2020 Alcohol 15.7% pH 3.49 | TA 7.9 g/L Production 323 cases On the eastern edge of the Russian River Valley lies a stretch of sandy loam soil, which was planted with Zinfandel (St. George rootstock) back in 1950. This well-established site exposes our fruit to a cool morning fog that slows its ripening and concentrates its flavors. Since 2000, wine maker Michael Lancaster has worked with this vineyard to make Zinfandel. Consistent with previous vintages, our Zinfandel displays a deep garnet color, lush velvety mouthfeel, and long seductive finish.

10-Years Traditional Blend Brandy:  Villa Zarri has ancient colour, with topaz reflections shifting towards a clear mahogany colour. In its complex and fine bouquet, it is possible to identify pearl barley, sweet licorice and dried banana. As oxygenation evolves, a sensation of toasted pine kernel and soft toffee, with a vanilla ending, is sensed. When it enters the mouth it is sweet and soft, with taste sensations which remind of strawberry tree honey and candied orange, with a persistent and clean ending. A brandy endowed with an extreme personality.
