The Northeast Hospital Foundation's primary program, Project Mammogram provides 400-600 services per year including breast health exams, screening mammograms, diagnostic mammograms and ultrasounds. If cancer is detected, follow up biopsies, navigation and other treatment is funded in a continuum of care funded by the Foundation. These services are provided to women (and men) who otherwise would not be able to afford the gift of lifesaving screenings.
