$2,500 can provide all the supplies necessary to conduct forensic interviews at one of our three CACs for the year. This includes the markers and flip pads the children often write or draw on as well as the DVDs used to record the interviews. $2,500 can also provide a drink and snack to every child who comes to the CAC, whether they are there for an interview or a therapy session. For $1,000, the MRCCAC can provide all the supplies needed for the year to attend school presentations, fairs, and expos. $1,000 can provide clothing for clients, both children and adults, who are going to court and don’t have anything to wear. $1,000 can provide new activity tables, games, and toys for all three CAC waiting rooms. These help our children feel safe and secure, as well as keeping them entertained, while they wait for their interview or for their therapist. Fund the Mission is presented by Reliance Energy Inc.

For $500 you can provide clothing and basic toiletries to sexual assault survivors for an entire year. $500 can also fund tuition for staff and members of the CPT team to attend Crimes Against Women and the Crimes Against Children conferences each year. These conferences are essential to continue to expand our understanding of investigating and prosecuting the crimes perpetrated against our clients. $250 provides pizza and cookies for “Kids in Court”, held 3-4 times per year to help children feel more comfortable in a court room before they are scheduled to testify. $250 can fund the CAC on call phone for an entire month. $250 can also provide new education videos, ensuring we provide the most up to date information possible at schools and businesses when we present on child abuse prevention. $100 covers all costs associated with a single therapy session, which is always provided free of charge. $100 also funds advocacy services, including assistance with Crime Victim's Compensation, accompaniment to judicial proceedings, and acting as the liason between victims and the investigative agencies or the judicial system.
