Please join me on August 1, following the UN World Day Against Trafficking in Persons, as we ride in honor of ECPAT-USA’s Survivors’ Council
July 30 is World Day Against Trafficking in Persons, a global day of awareness of sexual exploitation and trafficking. On August 1, I will ride to honor ECPAT-USA's Survivors' Council, 15 brave women and men who survived childhood sexual exploitation and trafficking to become visionary leaders and advocates. On this day, our ECPAT-USA cycling team will travel all 5 boroughs to trafficking "hot spots," locations where Survivors' Council members were bought and sold for sex. Our Survivors' Council narratives will inform our journey from the Bronx to Staten Island. Child sex trafficking and exploitation happens everywhere, and we must join together to end it. The team and I hope you will join us in solidarity!
