WHY LADDERS FOR LEADERS?
Ladders for Leaders gives students a unique opportunity to gain professional experience, develop skills, explore their interests and discover new ones through:
- Job Readiness Training: résumé and cover letter writing, interviewing skills.
- Learn business acumen: essential workplace readiness skills and business etiquette.
- Paid and Volunteer Summer Internships: opportunities available in various industries to accommodate student interests.
- Opportunity to build a professional network
The cost of a student participating in our internship is approximately $4,618 per summer which includes: recruiting, training, matching and events. Any level of your sponsorship will allow more students the opportunity of internship experience.
