This partnership provides your company with exposure and brand awareness in the local community while supporting the mission and vision of our internship program. The greater Austin area has a lot of opportunities as well as a plethora of high-achieving high school students. What’s missing is the bridge to bring them together to ensure our students are competitive when applying to colleges, scholarships, and the workforce. WHY LADDERS FOR LEADERS?
Ladders for Leaders gives students a unique opportunity to gain professional experience, develop skills, explore their interests and discover new ones through:

- Paid and Volunteer Summer Internships: opportunities available in various industries to accommodate student interests.

The cost of a student participating in our internship is approximately $4,618 per summer which includes: recruiting, training, matching and events. Any level of your sponsorship will allow more students the opportunity of internship experience.
