19 eco-designers from 5 cities (SD, LA, LV, SB, NY) submitted their upcycled, recycled, sustainable, and eco-friendly designs for consideration. Eight selected finalists will be showing their creations at one unforgettable fashion show! Some of the finalists are students at Mesa College in San Diego and Otis College in LA, while others have their own design labels and brands. The goal is to give these up-and-coming eco-forward designers a stage to promote their work and send a clear message of sustainability for our planet. The designer who is voted the winner by the panel of judges will receive a cash prize of $5000 from the Miraclecatcher Foundation. A People's Choice Award will also be given to the designer with the most audience votes!

The money raised through ticket sales, sponsorships, auctioned items and crowdfunding will go directly to the following schools and programs in 7 countries:

Solitaire for Two, the debut concept album by local San Diego band A Stray Catalyst.

World's first super-eco-friendly "vinylless vinyl" album release! The jacket and all prints are made with recycled cardstock, printed with soy-based inks. Instead of a chunk of plastic, inside the album jacket you will receive a diptych of two 5 x 7 inch prints, as well as a 12-inch "record" insert with a digital download code for the "vinyl experience" (seamless listening - 2 tracks - "Side A" and "Side B" instead of being split by song into 10 tracks).
