We have “guest info request” emails to ensure you receive the correct guest information before your event, and guests can even start bidding or purchasing items for sale before your event using their guest experience link.

BetterUnite provides various built-in event fundraising tools, including auctions and raffles, paddle raise or fund-a-need options, and items for sale. You can also use the platform to track donations and send your donors thank-you custom event purchase messages.  

How can I make bidding on auction items easier at my event?

BetterUnite’s personal guest bidding experience provides an easy-to-navigate area for guests to bid on auction items, purchase raffle tickets, or view live auction items. There’s no app they need to download, so it’s easy for them to get started! You can even require pre-authorization of credit cards and open your auction to the general public if you’d like.
