Friday, November 1

We will once again have a tailgate before the Chaps Homecoming football game. Thanks to a generous donation from our classmates Adam DeBower and Michael Graham, we will be pouring delicious beers from Austin Beerworks. Alumni will also be given an advanced opportunity to buy game tickets before they go on sale to the general public. If attending the game is of interest to you, please continue to watch your inbox as those details become available. As for the tailgate, all are welcome, and no ticket is required. We will be convening with other alumni in the Boss Orthodontics office at Camp Craft and Westbank Drive. The tailgate will be from 5-7 pm before kickoff at 7:30!

Saturday Night, November 2

We have arranged for a full buy-out of County Line on the Hill. What could be better than a Texas Barbecue feast, a fall sunset, an open bar, and, of course, a killer 90s playlist? Tickets will cost $100/person but will increase to $120/person on October 15, so commit early! The reunion starts at 6:00, with food service beginning at 7:00 PM.

After Party Details!

For those who want to keep the party going, our preferred hotel, Hotel Viata, has agreed to keep their bar open late! We will convene there immediately after closing the tab at County Line. Hope to see you there!

How can you help?

Sponsorships! We are seeking Sponors to assist in covering the costs of the party. All surplus funds will be donated to the Eanes Education Foundation, so consider this an opportunity to give back to the school district that took such good care of us during our youth! Sponsorships available ranging from $1,000 to $5,000. Your donations will help us slide into the reunion stress-free and give you a chance to share your success story with fellow Chaps. Most importantly, they will help the EEF fill critical funding gaps left by the redistribution of in-district property taxes. Hotel Information:

The Hotel Viata is offering a courtesy room block for the Westlake 25th High School Reunion! They are happy to extend a rate of $249.00 for guestrooms with a discounted Resort Fee of $10.00 (originally $35.00) for your guestrooms on November 1-3, 2024. In addition, their guestroom tax is 6% compared to 17% for other properties in Austin.
