Connecting Point of Park Cities (CPPC) addresses the need for high-quality and engaging programs for adults with Intellectual and Developmental disabilities (IDD) after they age out of public school. 

CPPC is unique in that we serve individuals of all abilities; from those who are fully dependent to others who hold part-time jobs. CPPC serves individuals from 18 zip codes throughout Dallas, Collin, and Denton counties.

Our impact is greater than our enrollment.  For each Teammate we serve there are family members who also benefit. By caring for their loved one families have time to care for their aging parents and/or grandchildren or focus on their personal well-being. CPPC assists families in connecting to the resources required to keep their Teammates active in the community.
