Funds raised at ILLUMINATE will help CMDA fund, maintain, and expand the reach of the City of Light Health & Ministry Center as a beacon of Christ's love and light for the WNY medical community and the greater body of Christ.

• Thank you favors for you and all of your table guests.

• Free valet parking for you and your guests.

Fill your table/tables with fully paid tickets prior to August 23, and you will also receive:

• Upgraded full page ad space in our Gala program book.

• One raffle ticket (per table) for Table Captain only raffle; price valued at $250.
