This year, we are focusing on the overall theme of communication. Our line-up of speakers includes adults with disabilities, parents of children with disabilities, and professionals who work with families on this journey: Rena Rosen, Terri Mlotek, and Barbara Tobias.We will explore strategies, resources, and advice that will make communication more effective among friends/family, our children's treatment team, the general community, and each other. Here is our agenda for the afternoon:

5:00 POST-RETREAT (optional--at your own cost): Continue socializing with new/old C.I.T.Y. caregivers at Fox & Hound in Schaumburg--just minutes from Harper with a large menu and plenty of activities (pool, darts, ping-pong, etc). Sign up here.
