"Nurturing joyful hearts and building a foundation of biblical faith, academic preparedness and patriotism so each Casner child can shine God’s light and love in their communities."
Celebrating its 60th year in Austin, Casner Christian Academy will faithfully and boldly step into a new chapter and will be calling Glad Tidings Church in Central Austin our new preschool home. As CCA prepares to build on the foundation and historic legacy, we ask you to join us on the mission for more kids to continue their academic development and fall in love with Jesus.
As we move to a new location in January 2025, there are responsibilities we will contribute to make this building exactly what Casner needs to continue our rooted traditions. We are excited to take Sing Song, Chapel, Christmas & Spring programs and flag raising into our next chapter. These traditions of loving God and country will always hold a special place in the hearts of CCA.
Will you consider joining us in two ways?
1. Prayer- Our prayer ask is to remain faithful and obedient to the plans the Lord has graciously put before us.
2. Financial- School security needs have changed over the years and there are several upgrades needed to ensure our children and staff are safe. Additionally, by Texas law and city code, we need to install a fire sprinkler and alarm system. There are other items within the building which will need to be brought to code as well.
There are several ways to make a payment. We are now accepting stocks and securities. Additionally, we can accept checks payable to "Casner Christian Academy" and mailed to: 3838 Steck Ave. Austin, Texas 78759. Please put "future foundations fund" in the memo line. For questions about general giving, wire transfers or other ways to make a contribution, please email Shannon Bland, CasnerFFF@gmail.com
"You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven." Matthew 5:14-16
A humble "thank you" to our community and their generous hearts:
