SCHEDULE
Doors open at 6:30 PM for a cocktail hour. As sponsors and sponsor guests, you’re invited to enjoy passed hors d’oeuvres and a hosted bar throughout the night. Passed hors d’oeuvres include select vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options. A formal meal will not be served.
The program will start shortly after 7:15 PM, featuring a special speech by a Breakthrough alum and the premiere of a graduation-themed video.
After the program, enjoy more bites, drinks, and entertainment. We’ll cap the night with a high-energy set by Swimming with Bears, followed by a DJ dance party with DJ Rapid Ric.
REGISTERING YOUR GUESTS
If you purchased a sponsorship, please enter your guests’ names and contact information. Doing so ensures that your guests receive logistics communications about the event and ensures smooth check in on event night. It also provides your guest with a unique link to bid on silent auction items. To enter guest information, click on the link in your confirmation email, and under “Details” click “Edit Guest Information” and enter guest names and email addresses.
RIDESHARE & PARKING
Breakthrough is offering a Lyft Promo Code (up to $20) for rides to and from the venue. Use the code BTBC2024 to redeem your credit.
If you prefer to drive, there is a self-parking garage one block from the venue at 816 Colorado. We’ve secured a discounted rate of $10 per car between the hours of 5pm and 12am.
SILENT AUCTION, RAFFLE, and GIVING
- Silent Auction: Bid on a variety of treats and special packages while supporting Breakthrough and our college-going students! Bidding for the silent auction will be done entirely online via your mobile device.
- Raffle: Breakthrough is selling raffle tickets as part of the 2024 Breakthrough Benefit Concert! Purchase your ticket for your chance to win a vacation of your dreams through our winner's choice raffle, with packages valued at $3,000 and above. All proceeds go to further Breakthrough’s mission in Central Texas.
- Event-Night Giving: Thank you for considering a gift on event night to support our programs for students across Central Texas! Christie and Clint Bybee and the O'Shaughnessy-Rivers Family Fund have issued a $75,000 event night matching gift challenge, meaning the first $75,000 raised on October 24th will be matched dollar-for-dollar, doubling your impact! Giving can be done via pledge form, check, or through your mobile device.
